1-4-2 brake
ABS (antilock system) for bicycles, lowering the braking distance significantly with braking power distributed in a perfect spread ratio to the front and back brakes.
Patent was registered in the name of our customer.
Easy-Boarding (low entry bike)
A bicycle as a combination of a roller and bike with a very low entry containing a kick plate.
Multi piece wheel
A wheel for bicycles build from several pieces like rim ring, spokes or star spoke and hub shell. The pieces are linked together in a form-locking way so no tension of single parts is necessary to guarantee the needed stability.
Post-bicycle
Bike with stabilizer-wheels at the front, which are used to jack up the bike as well as pushing it from door to door when the wheels are extended. This construction offers significantly time savings and handling advantages for postmen.

Full-Suspension for bicycles
Suspension system, which uses two or more spring areas (in the front and back) that work against each other in a way that the bike has automatically a perfect suspension comfort level. Because of the better handling this also increases the safety.

Procedure to produce bicycle frames from profiles and tubes especially frames with one sided couplings that can be produced very simple and cost efficient.
